Filing a response to an appeal

The Tribunal Office will send the respondent (the person or organization against whom the complaint was made) a copy of the complainant's appeal, including any attachments.

You as the respondent may file a response to the appeal. The response must be in writing and may include any information the respondent believes is relevant to the complaint.

You must file the written response within 30 calendar days of getting a copy of the appeal.
