Schedule of upcoming tribunal hearings

As a result of the rising numbers of COVID-19 cases across Alberta and the voluntary measures recommended by public health to stop the spread of COVID-19, please be advised that, until further notice, the Alberta Human Rights Tribunal will be moving all Tribunal Hearings to videoconference.

Should parties in specific cases believe it would be prejudicial to hold their Tribunal Hearing by videoconference, they can make an application to the Tribunal through the Tribunal Registrar at AHRCTribunal@gov.ab.ca at least three weeks before the scheduled hearing.

If members of the public wish to attend a hearing, they should contact the Registrar (AHRCTribunal@gov.ab.ca) at least three weeks prior to the hearing and the Tribunal will make every effort to accommodate the request.
