Withdrawing a complaint

Only the complainant, their legal counsel, or authorized representative, can withdraw a complaint. The complainant can withdraw their complaint at any time. This means that their complaint is cancelled and will no longer proceed to a Tribunal.

To withdraw a complaint, the complainant must fill out the withdrawal form and send it to the Tribunal Office and the other parties.
